Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Golf Industry Association will be held on Friday, 10th, November 2023 at 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM at Oxford Golf Resort Pvt Ltd, off Mumbai-Bengaluru by pass, Bavdhan,Pune,411021.

The Agenda for the Meeting is given below:

1. To consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Board of Directors for the year ending 31st March 2023.
2. To present the Audited Statement of Account and Report of the Auditors for the year ending 31st March 2023.
3. To appoint the Auditors for the year 2023-2024 and fix their remuneration.
4. To elect the Board of Directors for the year 2023-2024
5. To discuss the future plans and program of the Association.
6. Any other Business.
